We want the brain dump, everything you want out of your business, the industry, and what you’ve built so far. Our job is to act as an interim design and product lead within your organization to define direction and long term strategy.
Our team is built up of founders and previous operators with experience building and running industry defining products at varying stages. Our job is to quickly close the gap between where you are now and your vision for your product.
We're a team composed of the best product designers in the world. Our bet is that we take your product 0 to 1 in a way that very few others could.
Our approach
We don't believe in robust contracts, minimum work requirements, or fancy presentations with no substance. We just want to make important things, work with impressive organizations, and provide value immediately.
We're not a traditional venture capital firm. We realized that we tend to work with very investable businesses and take their products to the next level. We love to feel like we have a vested interest in the work that we create.

Process
We onboard with your team, ask a ton of questions, and soak up as much knowledge of the problem/space/etc. Think of this as us acquiring the foundational knowledge to empathize with your users.
Once we're onboarded, we work with your team to determine a set of product goals. We then break those down into a set of monthly sprints. You know exactly what deliverables you'll be receiving at the end of every design sprint.
Our design team is full-stack, so we get right to work and tend to have a much faster impact than other studios. We work across all aspects of product design, from interaction to visual and motion. We share our progress and get feedback in weekly syncs with your team.
We're big on transparency and deep integration with your team. We are constantly sharing and updating your stakeholders so that we can collectively build the quickest feedback loop.
It's by no means a requirement, but we love to invest in the companies we work with. If it makes mutual sense, we run a very quick process (given we know your business a bit better than a normal fund would).
